Spirit is constantly seeking a freer, fuller, more expanded expression of itself with us and through us.

And the amazing thing is that that expression will always take the form of what you love most. As you allow yourself to imagine your ideal life -- if you could just wave a magic wand and create any life you would love for yourself -- realize that what you are imagining is what Spirit wants for you.

Any ideal you can hold in mind is already within the field of your potential, otherwise you wouldn't even be able to conceive of it. So I encourage you to go through the video lesson above fully confident that your feelings of longing and discontent, and the images that come to mind of a life you would truly love, are to be trusted and honoured as sacred signals from Spirit.

Those signals are whispering to you that it's time to grow. It's good to grow. And you will always be supported in your growth.
