Nope. Kundalini Yoga meets you wherever you are. You go to your edge. As long as you're willing to go to your edge, you will benefit from the exercises, whether you are able to fully execute them or not.

The physical aspect of the exercises is only one part of the equation. Equally important (if not more) is the practice of noticing what you're noticing as you go through the kriya (set of exercises), because that is what reveals your mental habits and self-limiting patterns to you.

Well... you start over at day 1. Traditionally. The most important thing is to notice why you missed a day, though. Was it at the beginning, middle or end of the challenge? Did it just totally slip your mind or did you know you were sabotaging yourself because you just didn't feel like it? That's the information you want. Then ask yourself -- do I often do this? Is this my pattern? With no judgment, just curiosity. Then start over. 

There's a lot of inertia to overcome in  releasing old patterns. So don't be surprised if you start finding reasons to skp your practice or 'forget' to do it. 

Just get back on the horse. Instant forgiveness. And don't worry, we're going to be talking about this alot during the process!

I've created two different video versions of the main kriya (set of exercises) for you, a shorter version and a longer version. This enables you to build up your strength and endurance over the 40-day practice.

'Too hard' is the voice of your paradigm. Physical challenges are nothing but an opportunity to overcome mental challenges. The truth is you have untapped reserves of strength, resourcefulness, creativity and power. If you look underneath 'too hard' you'll find a deeper belief or another voice whose agenda is to keep you in your comfort zone. Usually 'too hard' is about fear and a belief in our unworthiness to really live a vibrant life.

We'll be doing work on those shadows during the program so that you can integrate them.

As long as you are in good health and not working with an active injury, you have everything you need already for this practice to greatly benefit you.

Even if you find the shorter version challenging at the beginning, you will find that your body adapts quickly. You will build amazing tone and resilience in your nervous system through this process and be living in a new body by the end!

The truth is that every time you tackle something that you thought you couldn't do, you prove your greater capacity to yourself. In the end, it's not about the yoga, but about who you discover yourself to be in the process.

Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Awareness. It is a spiritual technology that gently and intelligently awakens the dormant spiritual power already within you. This energy is known (among other names) as kundalini energy and is already running your nervous system. It's your life force.

If you feared electricity and didn't want to use it because you were afraid it might be dangerous, you would miss out on everything that it powers and your life would be limited by that. Electricity as a raw power can be dangerous, but when intelligently channeled in accordance with natural law it is a great power that can be harnessed for good.

Similarly, when you practice Kundalini Yoga with respect for the awesome power within you, under the auspices of a qualified teacher, you gradually strengthen, purify and prepare the channels to carry more of the energy of consciousness that you are.

You are invited in this course to supercharge your growth by combining the power of yogic science with a framework for understanding and releasing old ways of thinking, feeling and being. If there is a 'danger', it's that you become unexploitable by interests that thrive on the disempowerment of people who do not realize who they truly Are. 

Great question! 40 days is a significant cycle of time recognized in both religious and yogic tradition as associated with transformation. It's the period of time during which we dissolve an old habit or way of being and install a new one. 

During the 40 days of this program, you are building a new body at the cellular level, and a new energy field, through the repetition of the physical action of the kriya and its effect of strengthening the nervous system and activating the glandular system.

When you combine that with the mental framework for reprogramming long-held unconscious beliefs about abundance and releasing those limiting patterns from the mind/body, plus my active mentorship, you have a powerful recipe for transformation.

We all get the same 24 hours in a day. We get all the time there is. The truth is we always find the time for what we're truly interested in.

The question you want to ask yourself is, how much do I want to transform? If bringing forth the True You is of primary importance to you, you'll find the time. 

The actual daily yoga practice can take you as little as 30 minutes. The coursework itself can be accomplished in a few hours per week.

There's an old saying, 'Meditate for an hour every day. If you are very busy, meditate for two hours.'  The wisdom here is that when we are living from a consciousness of scarcity there is NEVER enough time (or enough of anything). 'Busyness' covers over lack of true Presence and is part of the ego's fruitless search for 'more'.

The time you devote to activating a major shift in your awareness is the best and highest use of your time. If you don't have enough time to free yourself from the bondage of not having enough time... well, you see where I'm going with this.

How committed are you, truly, to having a real breakthrough? That's the question.

Make sure you understand that you need to have demonstrated total commitment to this process first. Come into this program fully committed, or don't come in at all.

Honestly, most people don't have a work ethic that matches their ambition. If your habit is to come in skeptical, with a 'prove it' attitude, it's highly unlikely you'll have the openness to crack the shell of your ego and access the innocence of your True Nature, which is where you tap into the flow of true wealth.

If you've participated in the first 3 weeks of this program full-out, attended all the classes, practiced every day of the challenge, and completed the work in your support materials, and you STILL believe this is not for you, we will be happy to issue you a refund (minus  administrative fees).

Refund Requests must be made via PHONE CONVERSATION only, not via voicemail or email, and refunds will be processed 4-6 weeks from the date of approval.

No refunds will be given for quitting the program after completion of the first 3 weeks.

The live yoga classes take place on Zoom on Mondays. Q&A is on Wednesdays. The yoga/teaching sessions will last approximately 90 minutes and the Q&A up to an hour. Be sure to mark out adequate time in your calendar for these events as they are an important part of building the energy field that makes transformation welcome.

These classes will be recorded and you will receive a link to the recording shortly thereafter.

You can use these recordings to follow along with for your daily practice if you wish to, or you can use the bonus recordings I made for you of the shorter and longer versions of the kriya.
