Most of us are familiar with the kind of ordinary gratitude we’re taught as children as a matter of etiquette and politeness – the importance of saying thank you when we receive something, like a gift or a compliment, for example.
But there's a whole other level of gratitude that is generative, literally creative. It has the power to open our hearts and expand our lives. It can literally change the reality that we experience. We could call this Transformative Gratitude.
In this episode, I share a personal memory of my own spontaneous experience of transformative gratitude, and how to access this level of gratitude. You'll discover:
The truth is we all have the opportunity to choose who we’re going to be, what we’re going to focus on and where we’re going to place our attention in every moment, even though sometimes it may be difficult to choose gratitude when we only see what's missing, or wrong, or wishing things could be different.
In victim consciousness, which is a consciousness of separation, we tend to be convinced by appearances and mistake them for Truth. Gratitude helps us come back into unity consciousness, the felt understanding that we are one with creation, and that a higher order prevails, no matter what we are presented with on the level of facts.
In this episode, I go more deeply into how the practice of gratitude, as a way of life, connects us with Divine...
The grace of gratitude is that feeling of being overwhelmed by the goodness of life. We have a sense of being divinely guided, and that everything we’ve ever experienced has led us to this moment of grace. We know that all’s right with the world and that we are truly blessed.
But even so, there are moments when things get more challenging and our rhythms are out of sync, where feeling grateful seems more difficult.
And yet, as we learn to lean into spiritual law, we recognize that the moments of discord in our lives are always a golden opportunity to transform our consciousness. And one way we can leverage these moments is through the practice of gratitude.
In this first episode in our series on the Grace of Gratitude, I give you ways to make it an active practice for yourself, so you can experience the magic and miracles that occur when we live gratefully as our basic attitude.
Here are some of the things I cover in...
In this episode, I talk first about the physics behind the process of forgiveness, and then share a practice you can use to generate and maintain a powerful field of compassion which can transform your relationship to people and situations from the past or in the present.

I'lll share with you how...
There are things that require an even greater space to forgive.
The term 'sacred friend' was coined by His Holiness the Dalai Lama to describe those people or situations in life that are hardest to love and hardest to forgive.
Even though you may have consciously tried to forgive a sacred friend, for whatever reason, every time that person, or that situation, comes up in your mind, you feel that pinch of contraction inside yourself that tells you 'you are not yet free'.
A sacred friend can be another person. But it can also be a situation, or a condition.
In this episode, you'll learn why having a sacred friend is a major spiritual opportunity, and that with the help of the Power that’s breathing you, you can forgive anything. The grace of being able to forgive actually comes from this Power within you.
In fact, the greater the seeming adversity or obstacle to forgiveness, the greater the benefit to us when we dissolve it.
We can ...
Self-forgiveness is the beginning of true self-love and self-compassion.
In this episode, you'll learn why many of us carry a substantial amount of baggage when it comes to our self-esteem, and how forgiving yourself heals inner divisions. Here are some of the highlights:
Forgiveness can free us from reactive patterns that prevent us from gleaning true wisdom from an experience.
Instead of running to the opposite extreme in reaction to a hurt we’ve suffered in order to avoid being hurt again, we can learn to expand and to grow in love. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong and spiritually mature.
So, how do we forgive the deepest hurts? The ones that feel so personal. How do we deal with the deepest wounds and the things that seem unforgivable, even diabolical?
This is where the rubber meets the road, spiritually speaking.
In this episode, I'll share with you a proposition that can enable you to forgive anything. Plus, you'll learn:
Welcome to the first in a series about the Grace of Forgiveness.

I'll also give you 3 key points to help you work through any resistance you may have to forgiving something or someone, even if you don't believe they deserve your forgiveness.
