Something is happening.

You can feel it in conversations, headlines, and the nervous system of the collective. Finally, systems once trusted without question are being scrutinized. Institutions once considered benevolent are being re-examined. And narratives once treated as immovable are beginning to crack.

You may be one of those who feel like they were born for this time. Personally, I feel a sense of exhilaration, as if I have waited my whole life for this. 

But we must also understand that for millions who are waking up now, the waves of revelation of ugly truths are very destabilizing. For many, this is not merely intellectual discovery -- it is visceral.

When a person realizes that systems they trusted may have concealed corruption, manipulation, and dark agendas beyond the imagination of normal people, the shock is not abstract. It lands in the body and shakes the psyche. It disrupts orientation.

Mass awakening is not tidy. As above, so below; as within, so without. Just as external systems are exposed and crumble, the same is true within us. Our obsolete internal structures and sense of identity must also dissolve. This is baked into our process as universal fractals and therefore inescapable.

We are entering a period where more and more people are opening their eyes -- sometimes suddenly, often unwillingly -- to the deeper architecture of the world we inhabit. And it's not pretty.

But this is not a time for panic. It is a time for support.

Awakening Is a Nervous System Event

We often speak about awakening as though it is purely spiritual or intellectual.

It is not.

When the veil lifts, the nervous system reacts, and we can spiral into a kind of existential vertigo: denial, shock, anger, disorientation, hypervigilance... In fact, when we finally stop defending against reality, when we deeply let in the sickening truth of how our world and our race have been abused, we go through all the stages of grief.

I know I did.

For some who are already awake and who have been (sometimes impatiently!) anticipating the crumbling of the old, there is exhilaration and relief. For others... there may be a collapse. Some will experience a mixture of both.

The psyche has to reorganize itself around new information. After all, it causes our identity to shift. Our sense of trust has to recalibrate. The ground feels unstable.

This is why guidance matters -- not gurus, not saviors or ideological enforcers -- guides. Steady humans who have walked through the fire of disillusionment and come out coherent on the other side.

The Danger of Awakening Alone

When systems begin to crumble, people search.

They search for explanations, for meaning, for justice, for support, for belonging. The psyche is uncomfortable when the rug is pulled out from under. In moments of destabilization, it's easy to swing toward extremism, paranoia, rage, spiritual bypass, or despair.

Without grounding, revelation can fracture us rather than liberate us.

The goal is not simply to wake up, but to remain regulated while doing so. To metabolize truth without becoming consumed by it and integrate shock without losing our center. To remember sovereignty without slipping into antagonism.

This requires breath, containment, and conversation. It requires safe spaces where complexity and nuance can be explored without hysteria.

It requires places like the FreeMe Portal.

Recently, I spoke with psychic healer and intuitive Renata Duma, creator of the FreeMe Portal. Our conversation was wide-ranging, but what emerged clearly for me was that this time we're entering requires an infrastructure of spiritual support. What the FreeMe Portal Is (And What It Is Not)

It's more like a soft place to land. A gathering point that brings together people who are awakening and facilitators who understand that awakening is multidimensional — psychological, emotional, spiritual, and somatic.

• Frequency-based spiritual practice

• Conscious relationship

It exists because mass awakening without support can overwhelm the psyche. Revelation without integration can destabilize, and the shift underway is not small. 

The Shockwaves Are Only Beginning

As truths continue to surface across ALL domains — governance, medicine, finance, media, education, entertainment, spirituality — many will experience profound disillusionment.

Disillusionment is not a personal failure; it is the collapse of illusion so that the true self can begin to be embodied.

But when illusions fall, grief often follows. Anger often follows. Confusion often follows.

We are not witnessing the end of the world; what we are witnessing is the end of unquestioned narratives. That is uncomfortable and absolutely necessary.

The FreeMe Portal recognizes that this period of convergence requires mature stewardship, not sensationalism.

There, you will find guides who can sit with rage without amplifying it, grief without dramatizing it and revelation without falling into paranoia and hyper-vigilance. It is about fostering peaceful sovereignty without hostility or aggression.

This is a delicate phase of human evolution.

Homo Luminous: The Coherent Human

One of the threads Renata and I explored in our conversation is the return of Homo Luminous — not a genetic upgrade, but a functional state of coherence that is native to our original organic human blueprint.

It's who we really are as humans whose biological, emotional, cognitive, and ethical systems are aligned and in harmony with creation. One of the realizations of awakening is just how far from this original blueprint we have been steered through eons of perceptual manipulation. The good news is how rapidly we can return to our natural state once interference is removed, and we are heading in that direction (though we must pass through the storms on the way there).

Awakening is not about becoming otherworldly. It is about becoming integrated. The more intense the external revelations become, the more important internal coherence becomes.

The heart must come online even more; the nervous system must be grow even more regulated. And the mind must stay curious, open, and flexible. And for all this to happen, the body must feel safe.

This is the work. Finding our safety within, where it's always been. 

Millions Are Opening Their Eyes

I see it.

You likely do too. Millions of people are beginning to question, to feel the cracks and sense that something -- maybe even everything -- is not as it was presented.

There will be shock, confusion, rage and disorientation.

But there is also something else.

In each person who wakes up, there is a light. A small flame in the heart that says, “I knew there was more.” More to life. More to me.

The role of spaces like the FreeMe Portal is not to inflame panic. It is to protect that flame.To help people remember who they are beneath the narratives. To help us regulate while the old systems dissolve, and to remind ourselves of the sovereign beings we always were, and the flame that has survived this long forgetting.

The Sun Is Breaking Through

Old systems are cracking. Heavy clouds are parting.

Truth does not always arrive gently, but it does illuminate. And when the light breaks through, it reveals both shadow and possibility. This is not the collapse of humanity. It is the maturation of it. So we need steady hands now. Calm voices, regulated guides, and spaces where revelation can be metabolized rather than weaponized.

The FreeMe Portal is one such space. A soft (and gently humorous) landing, a gathering of luminous humans that reminds us that even when the structures crumble, the heart remains. And from the heart, a new coherence emerges.

We who are awakening are not alone. We're here for one another by soul agreement. Long ago, we said to one another, 'when the time comes, will you help me remember?'

That time has come.
